International orders outside Asia and the EU are fulfilled via DHL Express Worldwide from the nearest optimal warehouse (Belgium or Hong Kong).

2. International Customs, Import Taxes & DDP Terms
For all international orders shipped outside of the originating hub's local tax jurisdiction:
- Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): All international shipments outside the EU (and outside Hong Kong SAR) are sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
- Customs Clearance & Local Taxes: All applicable local customs duties, import tariffs, clearance fees, and destination taxes are calculated and paid on behalf of the customer.
Zero Additional Charges on Delivery: The recipient will not be required to pay any extra customs fees, import taxes, or courier handling charges upon doorstep delivery.

3. Taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT) & Checkout Transparency
Hong Kong Orders: Hong Kong SAR is a duty-free port. Orders fulfilled and delivered within Hong Kong SAR incur 0% Sales Tax / VAT.
Regional Asia Orders: Exported from Hong Kong under DDP terms. Local destination taxes (if applicable) are calculated during checkout.
EU Deliveries: Standard 21% EU VAT applies uniformly to both product value and the €32.00 per-item shipping service for shipments delivered within the European Union.
Non-EU / Export Deliveries: International exports outside the EU are processed free of EU VAT (0% EU VAT). The total charged at checkout under DDP terms covers the item price, international delivery, and all destination import duties.
All final costs are clearly itemized on your digital checkout breakdown and tax invoice.

4. Order Processing & Tracking
Handling Window: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Logistics networks do not process cargo on weekends or regional public holidays.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Because our high-value shipments travel via a fully insured pipeline, any damage sustained in transit is covered. If your package arrives damaged, please document the condition of the outer packaging and contact our support team immediately so we can expedite a resolution under the statutory 2-year legal conformity guarantee.
