1. Right of Withdrawal & Cooling-Off Period
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.
2. Cargo / Transit Damage
Claims for items damaged during transit must be reported on the date of delivery with clear photo and/or video proof so we can process carrier claims immediately.
3. Returns & Defect Policy (Within 30 Days)
If you experience an issue within 30 days of receiving your order, please review the conditions below:
A. Unopened & Non-Defects
- Unopened items in original factory-sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for the direct costs of returning non-defective items.
B. Quality / Defect Issues
If the item fails to meet manufacturer standards (e.g., fails to turn on/charge, display defects, missing parts, or damaged packaging), please contact us within 30 days with supporting proof for inspection and handling.
C. Non-Quality Issues
If you receive an incorrect product model/color, incorrect quantity, or have missing items, please report it to us immediately for an exchange or reshipment.
4. Reimbursements & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, reimbursements will be processed without undue delay using the original method of payment.
5. Post-Delivery & Warranty (After 30 Days)
For post-delivery technical issues after the 30-day return window, the product falls under the manufacturer’s warranty period. We will gladly assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims and brand service center details.
